Overview of Position:

The Program Manager is responsible for implementing a comprehensive strategy to attain organizational goals through use of the Mobility Mentoring framework and additional strategies and initiatives of the organization. These strategies include the development of partnership pathways for individuals and organizations that align and promote our mission and vision. The Mobility Mentoring framework promotes educational and economic opportunity for clients in FFC’s Family Assistance Program. Mobility Mentoring is an evidence-based educational/economic mobility coaching approach that seeks to increase participants’ intrinsic motivation to improve their economic status and educational attainment.
